Maria Smith is 45 years old, she is a divorced mother who has a family with 2 children in school and one girl in the university. Maria studied marketing at the University of Cuzco, Actually, Maria lives in Lima, Peru and she works at home as an independent marketing consultant in her own brand. In the last few days, she realized that in her community there is a problem related to waste management because she identifies some dirty streets and also some waste-pickers don't recollect all the trash as usual. On the other hand, as an independent, the social status of Maria is in the middle because her income are lower than average salary (2,000 euros monthly). Thus, she is worried because she is struggling to find another way to gain some money to cover the expenses of the house without spending a lot of time.
However, as an entrepreneur, Maria enjoys spending her free time with her family. On weekends, she usually prefers to watch some movies mainly action films with her children, and after that take some classes of data science, because she has a passion for research and finding new patrons in the data, as well as she is encouraged to live in a healthy city with a better environment for her children that’s why she would like to help her community.
